Following three days of intensive psychosocial engagement, we have successfully completed our latest de-radicalization and reintegration program for some inmates at the Keffi Minimum Custodial Center from May 4th–6th, 2026.
This initiative focused on the de-radicalization and holistic support of 14 inmates, providing them with the psychological tools and social frameworks necessary for a successful transition back into society.
The program was made possible through the generous sponsorship of the Sunday & Omohaire Oriarian Foundation (SOOF), working in a strategic partnership with the Dr. Mohammed Audu Foundation (DMA).
Our shared goal is to reduce recidivism by addressing the root causes of radicalization and equipping individuals with:
Emotional Resilience: Counseling to navigate the psychological impact of incarceration.
Behavioral Modification: Workshops designed to foster peace-building and positive social integration.
Reintegration Strategy: Practical guidance for life post-release.
By investing in the mindset and mental health of these individuals, we aren't just changing 14 lives we are strengthening the safety and harmony of our entire community.
